MANILA, Philippines — After signing with the Kagawa Five Arrows of Japan’s B.League Division 2, Roosevelt Adams is taking his show to the land of the rising sun.

Kagawa made the announcement on Wednesday that it had signed the winger, who is 28 years old, to serve as its Asian import for the 2022-2023 B2 season.

After relocating to Japan, Adams was finally able to put an end to the uncertainty that had surrounded his professional career. Adams was a member of the Gilas Pilipinas team that competed against Saudi Arabia during the fourth window of the FIBA World Cup 2023 Asian Qualifiers.

“(I’m) extremely thankful to have this chance, and I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone. Looking forward to building some amazing connections and making some unforgettable memories this season!” said Adams in the course of his statement.
